Not every event requires wait staff, ornate settings, and fine china. To this end we provide a variety of service options - from our casual Delivery option to our comprehensive Plated, Sit-Down service. Please review our levels of service below to decide which approach works best for your event.
A great option for informal parties and events. The hot menu items are delivered in aluminum pans with salads and other items served in bowls and platters - all disposable. Serving utensils are included with delivery but staff, beverages and place settings ARE NOT included.
This service is the same as our basic Delivery Service (including serving utensils) but beverages (soda, bottled water, juices) and place settings are also included. Staff is not included.
Your chosen menu items are placed on decorated tables and the guests serve themselves. Our staff is present to keep items replenished and remove platters or warming units as they empty. Traditionally if there are 200 or less guests the table(s) will be set up so that guests can serve themselves off of both sides of the table.
If there are more than 200 guests, multiple buffet tables would be utilized. Along with the food we include platters and/or warmers, serving utensils, beverages, place settings, linens for the buffet tables, and staff. Out of our full-service offerings this is often the more budget friendly option.
In this style of service the menu items are appetizers only. They are served by wait staff who each carry a tray containing one item throughout the room. Ideal for a evening after a dinner event. This is a more costly than the Buffet style of service but typically more budget friendly than the Plated Sit-Down Service.
This is our most comprehensive, full-service service catering option. Tables are set with utensils, beverage cups and linen napkins. Our concientious staff serve the guests each course and also clear used place settings. The staff member assigned to his/her table will also make sure that beverages are promptly refilled.
Of all our services this is the most formal and tends to suit events with more robust budgets as every twent four guests has an assigned wait staff person. It's important to note that each item in the custom designed menu is pre-portioned and no seconds served unlike the full service buffet service option.
